Detailed tasks 1. Event coverage • Attend the full event on 29-31 July 2026. • Capture comprehensive footage of all key sessions and activities. • Record interviews identified by the ILO Communications Unit. • Ensure professional audio and video quality throughout. 2. Video editing • Edit one event highlights video of up to two minutes. • Edit up to three standalone interview videos. • Produce versions in horizontal and vertical formats. • Add English subtitles and simple motion graphics where required. • Incorporate ILO branding according to guidance provided. 3. Delivery • Submit draft videos for review. • Incorporate ILO comments. • Deliver final approved videos together with all raw footage within seven working days after the event.
