Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Development of a verified baseline of existing women’s groups, farmer groups, savings groups, cooperatives, and informal networks in the target municipalities. • Assessment of the functionality, inclusiveness, and relevance of these groups to the vegetable and goat value chain in order to inform cooperative sensitization and formation activities. • Facilitation of market linkages for cooperatives/women's groups producing vegetables and goat. • Building of technical capacity of Farmers Field Schools (FFS) facilitators, other women lead farmers, agrovets, and municipality to adequately respond to the market needs.
