Dear Vendor,  The OPCW is interested in identifying a vendor skilled in the conducting of Drupal migration and website creation work.  It invites interest from vendors who have strong experience and a proven record.  The OPCW shall make a shortlist, at its discretion, of interested parties. Please provide proof of your experience, and relevant projects when requesting the bid documents. If your experience is appropriate, then the OPCW will provide the bid documents. The only arbiter of who shall receive the bid documents is the OPCW.
