Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: An ILO Live Event Manager is an external collaborator (EXCOL) responsible for ensuring the smooth transmission of the ILO GBDN APAC regional conference on 17 September 2025 on the ILO’s livestream event platform ILO Live (live.ilo.org). Their primary role is to configure the various services which comprise ILO Live to correctly broadcast events and to perform a series of post-event tasks ensuring that the recording is accessible afterwards. In the process, they must liaise between stakeholders at the ILO and streaming providers to setup tests and troubleshoot technical issues before and during events. ILO Live Event Managers are also responsible for keeping metadata about events up to date both on the site itself as well as other destinations where ILO may be streaming video about the event (e.g. UN Web TV, social media, etc.) Prior to the conference on 17 September 2025, the ILO Live Event Manager will also partake in a rehearsal/test of livestream to ensure the technical side runs smoothly and is ready for the conference. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
