The Expert shall conduct a comprehensive survey and assessment of the JFO compound facilities and develop a space utilization strategy and plans taking into consideration, but not be limited to, the optimal utilization of available space within existing facilities which may include the relocation of the JFO departments and regrouping of organizational work units. To conduct a comprehensive review of the office spaces in the Jordan Field Office main building and propose a redesign that: 1. Promotes collaboration through an open-space concept for each team based on functional links. 2. Ensures individual rooms are available for confidential meetings and interviews where needed. 3. Reflects input from key stakeholders and aligns with UNRWA's operational requirements. 4. Ensures mainstreaming of environmental sustainability consideration in the proposed design.
