Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work Project (PE4DW) project is implemented by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) with the support from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), aims at addressing constraints to productivity growth and decent job creation and ensures that gains are equitably shared. The ILO and PE4DW in Vietnam have produced and supported three reports which include: 1) Review of Business Registration for Individual Business in Viet Nam 2) Review of Key Policies Supporting Private Sector Development, Focusing on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Viet Nam 3) International Experiences in the Development of the Private Sector, focusing on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Given the importance of the reports for publication, ILO is looking for a consultant provide English copy-editing and layout for the final publications. The consultant will be responsible for: - Ensure the report is logically structured, complete, and clearly addresses its objectives. - Edit for grammar, punctuation, and clarity, using professional and concise language. - Apply the ILO house style consistently, including tone, terminology, and formatting. - Proofread thoroughly and verify accuracy of data, names, and references.
