Institutional service to design, produce, and validate Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) materials on zero-dose children based on findings from UNICEF’s KAPB study; implement training for health workers in provinces with high zero-dose rates; and support the implementation of HPV campaigns in the three target provinces of Xaysomboun, Xiengkhuang, and Vientiane.
