Country: Iran  Description of the Assignment: To establish a strategic air quality management system in Iran, UNDP Iran intends to engage a “National Technical Expert for Air Quality Monitoring Systems”. The individual contractor shall take the lead in preparing a technical report on existing Ground-Based Air Quality Monitoring Stations (GBAQMS) network, developing work plans and schedules for source apportionment studies in air pollution hotspots, organizing and delivering capacity building workshops, and preparing required Terms of References. The national consultant will contribute to the stakeholder engagement and decision-making roadmap development for air quality management at national level. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): Six Months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
