Education Cannot Wait, a UNICEF Hosted Fund, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified institutions for the provision of services related to Blended Finance. Institutions that meet the requirements of this EOI will be shortlisted and invited to submit full technical and financial proposals with the intention of establishing Long Term Arrangements. This EOI document provides a short description of the planned scope of work. Detailed terms of reference (ToR) will be provided to those organizations selected to advance to the next stage.
