The WFP Management Services Division (MSD) seeks to purchase a Fact-Finding tool to be implemented within their Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Management System. This system encompasses tools, policies, procedures, and mechanisms that are crucial in achieving WFP’s safety and health objectives. As part of its commitment to ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) unit, part of the MSD Division, strives to enhance its fact-finding processes and root cause analysis capabilities to prevent injury and illness to employees. The Fact-finding tool will be used to uncover the root causes of incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. It will be integrated alongside the OSH Incident Reporting Tool, already a key component of the OSH Management System (Cority System), which is used to facilitate the reporting and tracking of safety and health incidents and hazards within the workplace. WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the requested services.
