The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Abuja Nigeria  wishes to engage qualified vendors in Invitation to Bid (ITB): Supply and Delivery of Agriculture Inputs (Seeds & Fertilizers) & Tools and Equipments.  Bidders are required to download the Term of Reference and the corresponding  technical specification from the Technical offer Content Section. Each bidder must ensure that their submission includes complete and separate technical and financial responses for each ToR they are bidding for.
