UNICEF Guinea Bissau intends to recruit a reputable institution to conduct an an evaluation of the UNICEF Guinea Bissau 2022-2026 Country Programme. The object of the evaluation is the UNICEF-Guinea-Bissau Country Programme (CP) 2022-2026 approved by the executive board in February 2022. The UNICEF Guinea Bissau’s CP for 2022-2026 was structured using the previous Programme results and lessons learned, ranging from (i) the need to reinforce support to government efforts to improve governance and capacity at both national and subnational levels; (ii) the importance of expanding social protection to attenuate the socioeconomic impact of multiple deprivations on the most vulnerable children and families; and (iii) the necessity of multisectoral approaches and partnerships to the emergency responses.
