UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the Analytical Study on Inclusive Resource Centers Operations in Ukraine. The Contractor shall conduct a comprehensive assessment of the operations of Inclusive Resource Centers (IRCs), focusing on their capacity effectively respond to the needs of children with special educational needs (SEN) and their families at the community level.
