Establishing the system of electronic border surveillance at Lake Skadar, Montenegro Preparation of project documentation, establishment of necessary infrastructure, construction of antenna towers, procurement and installation/integration of sensor equipment and establishment of COC, connection of sensor locations Stegvaš - Božaj and Božaj with COC via radio-relay (RR) link, and then further via the optical infrastructure of the MoI, as well as the procurement of the COTS software for the establishment of electronic surveillance of Lake Skadar (situational picture) and integration of sensor equipment. Specified works, goods, services and integration of equipment should be delivered so that the entire system is fully functional and operational, i.e., delivery should be on a turnkey basis.
