United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is seeking the services of a marketing and advertising agency to design a creative communications campaign that tackles cyberbullying across the sub-Sahara Africa and hereby invites qualified companies to submit proposals. The campaign will have a two-fold objective: 1.Raise awareness on the issues of cyberbullying and the risks to young people’s mental health and well-being. 2.Encourage victims of cyberbullying to block and report by highlighting referral/reporting mechanisms.
