The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks offers from qualified bidders to conduct comprehensive needs assessment research on digital upskilling for women entrepreneurs in Central Asia. The needs assessment research should provide a mapping of the current institutional framework in Central Asia, collect qualitative and quantitative data from women entrepreneurs and other relevant actors in the region, and present recommendations for future capacity-building programmes.
