Authorization Letter: The company representative must bring an official authorization letter issued by the company or contractor. The letter must be signed and stamped with the companys official seal, and must clearly state the name of the authorized engineer and their syndicate membership number. This letter is to be handed over to the visit supervisor appointed by the program upon arrival and before the visit begins. Important Note: We emphasize that full compliance with these two conditions is essential for participation.
