United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit proposals to conduct the Mid-Term Evaluation of the UNESCO-RCU Partnership. UNESCO and RCU entered into a long-term strategic partnership with a first five-year cross-sectoral cooperation agreement (2021-2026) that encompasses seven projects covering documentary heritage, fellowships, heritage and creativity, social and human sciences, strategic communications, and architectural exhibitions. Against this background, the overall purpose of the evaluation is to provide RCU, UNESCO, and key stakeholders with an impartial assessment of the overall partnership’s performance to date and to generate practical lessons for the upcoming years, and before the end of the current MoU. It will serve both accountability and learning and improvement by examining alignment with strategic priorities, producing evidence, lessons, and recommendations to strengthen ongoing implementation, foster synergies across projects, and guide the planning of the next phase of collaboration.
