1. The United Nations intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement/Contract for: i) the provision of vehicle batteries, battery chargers and vehicle tires and \ ii) tire repairs, wheel alignment and balancing services on an “as and when required basis” for UNMIK. 3. The duration of the intended Contract is for an initial period of three (3) years, and UNMIK may at its sole discretion extend it under the same terms and conditions for two (2) (1+1) successive year. a) United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration: Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. Companies registered at the basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to Level 1. (b) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone, physical location and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. (c) Vendors must be registered in UNGM in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement, and those not registered may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. The UNGM Identification Number obtained at the start of the registration process, must be provided to the Procurement officer at the time of submitting the EOI in the completed EOI Form. 5. The “EOI Form” is available in “Business Opportunities” Section of www.ungm.org website. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their EOIs through the E-mail addresses provided below. 6. The REOI, clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest for the Provision of Vehicle Spare Parts (Tires, Batteries and Battery Chargers) and Tire Repairs, Wheel Alignment and Balancing Services for UNMIK Vehicle Fleet, must be received by UNMIK not later than COB 22 July 2025, via e-mail address to Mr Burim Skenderi Gashit at [email protected]@un.org, with a copy to [email protected]. 7. UNMIK also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements.
