The Coastal States Stability Mechanism (CSSM) is a multi-donor initiative implemented by IOM to strengthen stability, state presence, and community resilience in northern Ghana, Benin, and Togo. CSSM works with governments, civil society, and communities to address drivers of instability, improve access to critical services, and promote social cohesion.
