Working closely with the team, the consultant will participate in stakeholder consultations, co-facilitate workshops with buyer partners, analyse evidence from pilot activities, and translate findings into practical guidance. The role will help identify how buyer policies and sourcing practices can positively influence industrial relations and inform broader industry tools and recommendations.
