It is in this context that the ILO is seeking for an Individual Consultant to support in analysing working conditions of care workers through conducting a desk review of decent work processes, frameworks and policies contributing to reducing gender inequalities, and responding to the needs and rights of both unpaid and paid care workers, including those with disabilities and developing recommendations for improvements of the national care system in Kenya
