WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Photography/Documentation Services, Global Health Learning Center (GHLC 2026) in the Western Pacific Region, 8 June – 28 August 2026.   The Global Health Learning Centre (GHLC) was established in 2014 as a capacity-building initiative of the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO). It aims to equip participants, known as GHLC fellows, with the knowledge and skills needed to address global health challenges, strengthen health systems, and support effective policy implementation. GHLC has been conducted annually and has helped develop a network of health professionals across the Western Pacific Region, particularly middle-level policymakers from Member States who play an important role in implementing health policies. In 2024, the programme was paused due to funding constraints. With renewed support, GHLC resumed in 2025. For 2026, GHLC will continue to support Member States in developing future health leaders by strengthening leadership skills, promoting collaboration, and enhancing the capacity of participants to respond to current and emerging health issues.
