Country: Home-based Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Quality Programming Team (QPT) in enhancing the quality assurance of UNDP’s programs, portfolios, and projects. The consultant will administer the CPD Quality Assurance process, assess compliance with quality standards, and provide policy guidance and training. Responsibilities also include managing the PQA system within Quantum+, supporting integration with key risk management tools, and developing guidelines and learning resources to strengthen programming effectiveness.Period of assignment/services (if applicable): Starting date on June 1st, 2025; end date on September 15th, 2026.Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
