Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will map and assess existing systems developed by the Ministry of Health, the Republic Health Insurance Fund (RHIF), and the Office for IT and eGovernment, and propose technical and institutional specifications to build a future e-Registry aligned with ILO Conventions and EU OSH standards. The assignment includes: • A legal and institutional review of current injury reporting systems; • Mapping of data flow and digital infrastructure across ministries and institutions; • Consultations with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Health, RHIF, Labour Inspectorate, and NALED; • Drafting a technical and policy roadmap to integrate the e-Registry into Serbia’s evolving digital health and labour architecture. The consultant should have strong legal or information systems expertise, extensive familiarity with Serbia’s institutional landscape, and excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
