UNICEF Eswatini Country Office, is looking for a Consultancy firm, for the review of the National Assessment Framework for assessing learning outcomes across education levels, Teacher Operational Manual and ECESWA Operational Manual. Please see attached Request for Proposal and Terms of reference for more information. Please note that bidding is open to both local and internationally registered Consultancy firms. Kindly note that the terms of reference (TOR) have been amended, initially we were looking for ten years’ experience , we have now adjusted to seven years (see page 9 of revised TOR), everything else remains the same.
