Call for Proposal (CfP): Enhancing incomes for women in agriculture value chains in Madhesh province The ILO is looking for a competent partner national organization (not for profit) to implement the interventions in agriculture value chains for enhancing incomes for women in Madhesh province. Project Title                         : Empowered Women, Prosperous Nepal (EWPN) Work Duration                     : Nine months (January 2026 – September 2026) Deadline for submission    : 12 December 2025 Geographic Coverage         : Madhesh Province (Yamunamai Rural Municipality, Baudhimai Municipality, Adarsha Kotwal Rural Municipality, Birgunj Metropolitan City, Bindabasini Rural Municipality and Pakahamainpur Rural Municipality) The proposal should follow the detailed Terms of Reference and contribute to enhancing incomes of women in agriculture value chains in selected municipalities of Madhesh province. The interventions need to be completed within nine months period of January-September 2026. Detailed information about the scope of work, outputs and outcomes are included in the Terms of Reference attached herewith. Interested national organizations (not for profit) with experience working on agriculture value chains, particularly on ensuring access to market for women farmers through gender responsive services are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals to [email protected].  The technical and financial proposals should be submitted in separate emails. The deadline for submitting the proposals is 17:30 hrs, 12 December 2025. ILO reserves the rights to select implementing partner without providing justification to applicants.
