Country: Lesotho  Description of the Assignment:  The assignment involves facilitating a validation workshop for the Senate of Lesotho as part of the UNDP’s Programme on Good Governance, Accountability, and Strengthened Institutions. The consultant will lead structured and inclusive discussions to review and refine the draft Code of Conduct and Ethics for Senators, ensuring it aligns with parliamentary standards and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include pre-workshop planning, moderating thematic sessions during the workshop, synthesizing feedback, and producing a comprehensive report with validated recommendations. The goal is to finalize the Code as a framework for promoting ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability within the Senate.Period of assignment:  6 daysProposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
