The International Labour Ofce (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Evaluation of the performance of the NLMP 2020–2024, and the development of a Revised National Labour Migration Policy and its Second Phase Implementation Plan (2025–2029). The overarching aim of this initiative is to strengthen labour migration governance through the adoption of evidence-based and progressive policy that safeguard the rights of migrant workers, optimizing the benefits of safe and effective labour migration, and promote regional integration and development. The evaluation and revision process will adopt a transformative and participatory methodology, placing strong emphasis on gender equality, social inclusion, and stakeholder ownership. It will be grounded in the principles of decent work, social dialogue, protection and international labour standards.
