Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will develop a comprehensive Regional Strategic Plan for the ECCAS region (2026-2030) to support the extension of social protection for all migrant workers, including those in rural areas, the informal economy, and refugees, and to promote the coordination of social security systems and portability of benefits across the ECCAS Member States, building upon the findings and recommendations of the 2024 study, “État des lieux de la couverture des travailleurs migrants par les systèmes de protection sociale existants dans l'espace CEEAC” and its accompanying Roadmap.
