Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Terms of Reference (ToR) for the ILO’s S4E–KP project outline a gender-responsive assessment in flood-affected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, targeting brick kiln workers to support post-flood economic recovery through inclusive, climate-resilient jobs in sustainable construction and eco-tourism. The assessment’s primary objective is to conduct a field-based study to deliver actionable recommendations for enhancing skills training and enterprise development components of the S4E–KP project.
