In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Description   The aim of the present Expression of Interest is to identify potential suppliers to develop a shortlist for an upcoming tender process. The ICC reserves the right to shortlist potential resellers at their own discretion – please note that responding to this EOI does not automatically qualify you to be in the vendor shortlist for the tender.   The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the ICC seeks qualified vendors to implement and configure real-time data feeds, aimed at enhancing situational awareness, threat detection, and operational decision-making. Vendors are expected to leverage advanced artificial intelligence technologies to continuously scan and analyse vast volumes of publicly available data—including social media platforms, blogs, sensor networks, and news broadcasts—to identify emerging threats and critical incidents. The solution should deliver timely alerts enriched with geolocation data and contextual intelligence to support proactive response and strategic planning.   Prequalification criteria   Interested companies are required to respond to the prequalification criteria.
