Country: Cape Verde Description of the Assignment:  The Directorate-General of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance intends to develop the Treasury Bank System Project, for which it will be necessary to recruit a Consultant to design the System Architecture and Blueprint.The main responsibility of the Consultant will be to develop the Design and Architecture of the “Treasury Bank System,” as well as to provide support and follow-up in the validation of the developed modules. Period of assignment/services: 6 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
