UNHCR seeks qualified service providers and suppliers being interested in providing two different types of Vehicle Technologies for Controlling Risk Factors: 1-) Intelligent Speed Adaptation an Adaptation (ISA) and, 2-) Artificial intelligence based camera systems. A split award is accepted, so those suppliers who could provide only one of them are encouraged to send an Expression of Interest. The purpose of this Request of Expression of Interest (REOI) is to: a. Obtain information on the experience, expertise, capability of interested suppliers and service providers; b. Establish a shortlist of pre-qualified suppliers for the next solicitation stage This solicitation will be run as a two-stage process with this first REOI stage followed by a solicitation exercise for the pre-qualified suppliers
