SCOPE OF THE WORK: The assignment aims to build awareness, understanding, and implementation capacity for Rwanda’s Green Taxonomy among relevant market actors, focusing on banks and non-bank financial institutions, such as Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) and Umurenge Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs), among others. The selected consulting firm is expected to conduct the following: ·       Inception report: Describe the methodology and work plan for the capacity-building. The inception report should also include detailed mapping of key market users of the Rwanda Green Taxonomy. ·       Training materials: Design tailored training content covering different user groups based on the structure, objectives, and use cases of Rwanda’s Green Taxonomy in Rwanda’s priority sectors, including sector-specific and group-specific modules. ·       Capacity building: Organize and deliver capacity-building workshops in Kigali, covering at least 50 participants from D-SACCOs and U-SACCOs, banks and non-bank financial institutions, institutional investors, sustainable bond issuers, private sector actors, and development partners.                        ·       Event report: Develop an event report to document participation, participant feedback, lessons learned, and recommended areas for further capacity development.......Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
