The UNHCR PSP team in France is currently looking to identify at least two French market competent external providers for the provision of telemarketing services for two (2) years plus one (1) year extension upon satisfactory performance, tentatively from June 2025: Phase 1 - 1st of June 2025 – end of May 2026 Phase 2 - 1st of June 2026 – end of May 2027 Phase 3 - 1st of June 2027 – end of May 2028 PSP France would like to identify qualified companies based on the following sets of services: Lot 1: Loyalty Direct debit conversion Upgrade RG Credit Card to Direct debit conversion Lot 2: Capture a. Acquisition b. Reactivation c. Recapture Lot 3 : Opportunities a. Emergency call b. Leads-to-call c. DRTV Lot 4 : Premium Donors High Value b. Middle c. Legacies. Companies can submit a proposal for each lot (Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4), with a separate proposal per lot. The evaluation of the different lots will be carried out separately. Please clearly indicate the services/lots you are bidding on to ease the evaluation process. Supplier(s) will be requested to maintain their proposed pricing structure for the duration of the contract. PSP France aims at awarding multiple service providers to ensure business continuity and for the purpose of benchmarking as per service lots. PSP France might appoint a primary and a back-up service provider per lot to set-up the telemarketing program in a more sustainable way, for the different campaigns. PSP France might activate them at the same time if needed for any campaign to set-up the telemarketing program in a more sustainable and performant way.
