UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national firm/organization to deliver the training programme for LGBTI individuals on leadership in precarity.The objectives of the assignment:·     Strengthen the leadership capacity of LGBTI individuals in knowledge frameworks on development concepts, power, hope, and effective communication to foster a  deep understanding and realize the practical aspects of these complex areas. ·     Through applying essential concepts, methods, and tools, empower LGBTI individuals to collectively reflect on and ideate solutions for current bottlenecks within their development areas, so that they can nurture internal power to lead their organisation through precarity. Duration: May - August 2025Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
