The consultant(s) is expected to do the following: 1. Review the draft skills standards and training materials, particularly for three training programs: (1) BIM LOD 200, (2) BIM LOD 300, and (3) Introduction to Green Construction Skills (IGCS). 2. Prepare a method and tools for aligning the draft skills standards with existing national training regulations, along with expectations and concerns from construction sector stakeholders, especially from industry. This will be used to guide consultations that will be conducted with Philippine, Thai, and regional stakeholders. 3. Facilitate consultations with construction sector stakeholders in the Philippines. These consultations will include technical experts, training institutions and trainers, as well as representatives from trade unions, industry, and relevant government agencies. 4. Provide technical assistance in processing the results of the Philippine, Thai, and regional consultations to ensure the alignment of the draft skills standards with stakeholder expectations, as well as with national and regional contexts. 5. Propose harmonized Regional Competency Standards (RCS) as a result of the aforementioned process.
