IFAD is issuing this tender to select a qualified company for the provisions of Duty-Free services for eligible professional staff enjoying diplomatic status and the set-up and management of a gift shop in IFAD Headquarters (HQ). The selected company will be requested to ensure presence in HQ, provide on-site services as per the pre-agreed schedule, and interact with the Travel, Visa, Privileges, and Immunities Unit to ensure timely submission of documents for approval of the relevant Italian authorities.
