Dear Madam/Sir,   United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached.   The objective of this contract is to seek for Construction and Rehabilitation services for Urban Water Treatment Plants, Northern and River Nile States (Package 2)   The deadline for submitting your proposals is Noon time 1200hr Sudan time, 8th January 2026. Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to [email protected] (no other recipients should be “cc” or “bcc” in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2025-9201831 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2025-9201831 Commercial Proposal.   All LRPS/LITB process shall be in respect of the Essential information. Pre-bid meeting will be on 16rd December 2025 at 2:00pm to 3:00pm Sudan local time via Microsoft teams meeting to clarify on the requirement of this procurement.
