Call for Expression of Interest Consultant to support the integration, deployment, and Go Live of the new OpenIMIS for the administration of non-medical social protection benefits at the Social Security Fund in Nepal The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites expression of interest from qualified individuals.  Work Duration:                                                Total 50 workdays from 15 July 2025 to 1 December 2025. Deadline for Submission of Proposal: Tuesday, 24 June 2025. Objective OpenIMIS is an open-source software that helps social security institutions meet the challenges of managing their operations. The ILO supported SSF (Social Security Fund) in Nepal by customizing an openIMIS solution for the management of non-medical benefits at SSF. The SSF is in the process of migrating its legacy Management Information System SOSYS to a new OpenIMIS based solution. The objective of the consultancy is to support SSF to deploy and prepare the GoLIVE of this more integrated and interoperable management information system. Interested candidates are requested to submit the following documents electronically: A detailed proposal outlining their approach to the integration and migration plan.  A timeline and work plan. A financial proposal including budget breakdown and daily rate. CV References from similar projects. A statement confirming that the candidate had no previous involvement in the implementation of the project to be reviewed or has no personal relationship with any of the ILO officials engaged in the project.
