As part of UNRWA’s digital transformation and cloud adoption strategy, there is an increasing need to build internal technical capacity in modern application deployment, orchestration, and data analytics platforms. To support this initiative, the organization seeks to procure specialized Instructor-Led Training (ILT) services covering: • Containerization using Docker • Kubernetes orchestration using Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Data analytics and engineering using Microsoft Fabric The training will target technical staff responsible for application development, infrastructure operations, and enterprise data platforms. 2. OBJECTIVE The objectives of this training are to: 1. Build foundational and intermediate knowledge in containerization technologies. 2. Enable staff to deploy, manage, and scale workloads on AKS. 3. Develop hands-on capabilities in Microsoft Fabric for data integration, engineering, and analytics. 4. Strengthen internal capacity to design, deploy, and operate cloud-native and data-driven solutions
