The assignment includes a legal and institutional review, development and application of assessment tools, gender-responsive stakeholder consultations, preparation and validation of the assessment findings, and development of a practical, prioritised and time-bound capacity-development roadmap in coordination with the ILO, MOLSA and relevant national stakeholders.
