This call for tenders concerns the provision of consultancy services to the UPU for the development and con-duct of a study and report tentatively entitled “Global study: seamless carbon accounting for cross-border parcels”. This initiative is a response to growing demand from postal stakeholders – including major e‑commerce providers – for accurate estimates of the end-to-end greenhouse gas emissions associated with sending a single cross-border (international) parcel.
