The Council of Europe will organize the Third African Forum on cybercrime and electronic evidence in Nairobi, Kenya during 25 – 27 November 2025. This Forum will take place in-person over 3 days, expects to receive 350 participants and will be developed in the following format: • Opening and closing sessions (on the first and last day) • Two plenary discussions (during 2 days) • 12 thematic workshops (6 per day during 2 days).
