The International Organization for Migration, hereinafter referred to as IOM hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal to conduct FINAL EXTERNAL EVALUATION FOR THE REGIONAL PROJECT “PROTECTION OF VULNERABLE MIGRANTS WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON EMPOWERING WOMEN IN THE CONTEXT OF MIGRATION IN CENTRAL ASIA” in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
