IntroductionThis terms of Request for Proposal covers Five (5) lots targeted for each of the project-covered states, namely, Central Equatoria State (Juba), Eastern Equatoria State (Torit), Western Equatoria State (Yambio), Lakes State (Rumbek), and Jonglei State (Bor) for the provision of institution- based vocational training; community-based agricultural value chain and entrepreneurship training; business development services; career advice and counseling and job placement support services with consideration for market links and access.
