The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors to to supply, deliver, install, commission, and provide training and after-sales technical support for LED Outdoor Digital Billboards in UNAMA-managed compounds across Afghanistan, including the UNOCA compound in Kabul, and Kandahar, Mazar-i-Sharif, Kunduz, Gardez, Jalalabad, and Bamyan. The resulting Contract shall be of an initial duration of three (3) years with optional extensions of two additional one-year (1+1) year period at the sole discretion of UNAMA. The contract shall be implemented on an “as-and-when-required” basis, where UNAMA will issue Purchase Orders for specific printing requirements during the contract period. Delivery of printed services shall be on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, INCOTERMS® 2020, to UNAMA-designated delivery locations. The Successful Contractor shall provide complete outdoor digital billboard systems that fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW), applicable local laws and regulations, and the requirements specified in the Technical Evaluation Checklist. The scope shall include all necessary accessories, software, warranties, installation services, operational training, and ongoing technical support required to ensure safe operation and optimal system performance. The bid package with the details for the requirement, including the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Statement of Requirement (SOR) the Technical Evaluation Checklist will be provided after the closing of the EOI and during the solicitation stage. Bidders should express intereste to this EOI electronically. Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Specific Requirements/Information 1. Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level and preferably registered or submitted at Level 1. 2. Certification of Incorporation and a valid Business License authorizing the Contractor to provide the required services. 3. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in supplying and installing outdoor digital billboards or similar systems with evidence of completed projects The Contractor must comply with all applicable local health, safety, sanitation, and business regulations of Afghanistan. Non-compliance to above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the vendor during the bidding exercise and evaluation stage.
