The overall objective is to develop Ghana’s SDG 8.7 Report, summarizing national progress and lessons from 2016–2025, and providing forward-looking recommendations toward 2030. Specific objectives include: Document Ghana’s progress and key results under NPA 2 (2017–2021), and GAAPACL (2023–2027 to date). Assess trends, achievements, and gaps in implementing SDG 8.7 targets. Analyse institutional coordination, financing, partnerships, and data systems supporting SDG 8.7 implementation. Identify promising practices, innovations, and lessons learned to inform the next phase of national and subnational action. Develop a high-quality, visually engaging and evidence-based report aligned with international SDG reporting standards and communication guidelines for global presentation.   This study will contribute to the realization of the outcome of the UNICEF Ghana – Government of Ghana Country Programme 2023-2027: By 2027, girls and boys in Ghana increasing benefit from violence, exploitation prevention, response and civil registry services through an equitable, responsive, resilient and integrated child protection and social welfare systems, and particularly output 9 activity 9.3. “Coordinate, monitor and report on the implementation of the NPA on Human Trafficking and the NPA on Child Labour through multi-stakeholder partnerships.”
