The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for Rainwater Harvesting - RWH (50 up-ground rooftop and micro-catchment RWH) in Hama and Homs Governorates- Syria . If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). LOT No. 1: - Supply, install and test 50 up-ground rooftop rainwater harvesting systems with all needed fittings and accessories. LOT No. 2: - Supply, construct and implement various types of micro-catchment rainwater harvesting structures/measures to benefit 1,553 ha of agricultural lands cultivated with orchards, crops and fodders. - Supply, construct and implement stone semi-circular bunds (stone half-moon crescent) as a micro-catchment rainwater harvesting structures for 2 ha of agricultural lands and supply and implement organic additions of organic compost within the trees’ effective rootzone.
